Slot Machines...From SPACE!!!

This is quick little animation I made awhile ago using a (very) low-poly game character I created and rigged in 3D Studio Max.

Lindbergh Would Be Proud

Stylized biplane made for a game idea I'm currently working on.
Created in 3d Max 2008.

He's Not Very Happy

Low-poly alien character I made (a long time ago).
Modeled, rigged and animated in 3d Max.

Something Wicked This Way Comes

This is a concept of a MySpace page for another personal music project of mine. The name comes from a book of the same name as the title of this post.

Mushroom Princess

Created for the "Mushroom Princess" challenge on the Art Jumble blog.

Riverbottom

This is a logo/graphic for a personal music project of mine. Was reading a lot of Lovecraft at the time hence the tentacles.

Vickers

Low-poly models of a Vimy bomber and aircraft machine guns both manufactured by the Vickers company during WWI. Both created in 3d Max 2008.

Girly Sketches

The angel is a pencil sketch and the girl in the kiddie pool was made in Photoshop CS2

Backgrounds & Robots

A couple backgrounds, a robot and a space ship that I created for the program "Success Maker". The Backgrounds were made in Flash while the robot and ship were modeled and animated in 3d Max 9. I used a cel-shade renderer called Swift 3d Max to render the animations in vector form to a .swf file for use in Flash.

The Great War

Some more shots of the Albatross from earlier in my blog. You can see the 3 texture variations.

1.21 Gigawatts!!!

Concept of a time machine for another unfinished game idea.
Created in Flash.

Chiron Would Be Proud

So maybe I get a little too into Greek mythology, what of it?!
Created using Flash.

Pirate Monkey

I made this guy for a program called "Success Maker" while working at Pearson. Modeled and rigged in Max 9. And yes he is a monkey not an ape, his tail is just hidden in these shots.

Probably Safer Than A Motorcycle

Made this speeder bike from Return Of The Jedi as a vehicle mod for Unreal Tournament 2004.

It Can't Be Any Hotter Than Arizona

Low poly scene inspired by photos of Iraq.

Classy

This is an old one but I love it anyway. If there ever was an antithesis to the dirty orange Charger Boss Hog's white, steer-horned caddy was it. I made it super-low poly with even smaller texture maps (256x256).

Animales Extraños

Some random animal characters. The two rabbits and the gray cat were made with Artrage. The rest were done in Flash.

Darth Wayne...Monster Hunter

Me as a kid. Done for the Art Jumble Blog. Yes I had Batman pajamas and yes, I know that's not Vader's TIE fighter. I hate you.

Some Real Swingin' Cats

Did some more work on June and her cat Grimalkin. This shot is all vector work done in Flash with a creased paper texture added in Photoshop.

At The Playground

Made this the other day. It's a bit NSFW so view at your own peril.

I need one

Low-poly model of the famous D.I. van from "Lost". I have some better quality shots as well as a truck-bus version carrying supply crates but, unfortunately, my computer died...or rather it's pining for the fjords. It's an ex-computer. It has ceased to be.

Tunerific

Here's a screen shot of a flash-based tuner I've been working on. I'll put the working one up when it's finished. So far It's only got 3 settings: Basic piano "white key" notes (C,D,E,F,G,A,B); Standard guitar tuning (E,A,D,G,B,E2); and my personal favorite tuning (B,E,A,D,F#,B2) for a nice metal sound!

Orange Dreamcicle

Girly drawing with in the theme of my favorite summer-time treat! Also a tasty soda flavor.

Yaargh

I did this for the recent art jumble theme "Redheads". It's my rendition of the painting that hangs behind the rum drinking skeletons in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Heres a link to the original.
